During this 60-minute session, you'll be invited to settle into stillness while Reiki is gently offered with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance and inner peace.

This is your time to step away from the noise of everyday life, breathe, and simply allow yourself to receive. You don't need to do anything or have any expectations — just come as you are.
